Who you are buying from
This store is operated by ProductPilot ('ProductPilot', 'we', 'us'). When you buy a product here, you are contracting with ProductPilot as the seller. Questions about an order can be sent to aihustlelabs21@gmail.com.
What we sell
ProductPilot sells digital products — templates, spreadsheets, guides, checklists and prompt packs — delivered as instant downloads after payment. Nothing is shipped physically, and no software is installed on your computer.
Acceptance of these terms
By buying a product or continuing to use this store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Your licence
Each purchase is a licence to use the downloaded files for your own personal or internal business use. ProductPilot retains ownership of the products and all intellectual property in them, including the content, branding and store materials.
What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product. You must not use the store for any unlawful purpose, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with the security of the store — including attempting to probe, scrape or disrupt it.
Payment, billing and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Delivery
Access is granted immediately after a successful payment. Download links are tied to your purchase, have a fair download limit, and can be revoked if they are shared publicly.
Availability
We work hard to keep the store available and the products accurate, but we do not guarantee that the store or any product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products are practical tools, not professional advice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the store or a purchase where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violation of our policies. If that happens, we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
