Delivery is instant. The confirmation page gives you a download link, and the same link is emailed to you.

What format are the products in?

Usually PDF, spreadsheet or document files, sometimes bundled in a zip. Each product page lists exactly what is included.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every product is a one-off payment.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, under the published refund policy. If the product doesn't match what the page described, you get your money back.

Can I share the files with my team?
