Who we are
ProductPilot ('we', 'us') operates this store and is the data controller for the personal information described below. You can reach us about any privacy matter at aihustlelabs21@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you buy something, we collect your name, email address and country so your purchase can be delivered, receipted and supported (legal basis: performing our contract with you). When you browse, we record anonymous page views, product views and campaign tags, together with a random session identifier, so we can see which pages and marketing actually work (legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the store). If you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the support we gave you. If you opt in to marketing email, we use your email address to send it (legal basis: your consent).
Payment data
Card details are never received or stored by ProductPilot. Payments are handled entirely by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we receive the order confirmation details needed to grant access and provide support.
Who we share data with
We share personal information only with: service providers who host the store and its database and help us run it; Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, manages subscriptions where applicable, handles tax compliance and issues invoices and refunds; professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers where genuinely needed; and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data, and no advertising trackers are used.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Analytics events are kept in aggregate form and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer useful. Anything else is deleted or anonymised when we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected.
International transfers
ProductPilot is based in South Africa, but our service providers and Paddle may process data outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time — just email aihustlelabs21@gmail.com. We respond to requests within a reasonable period. If you are in South Africa, you may also complain to the Information Regulator if you are unhappy with how we handled your request.
Security and cookies
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and separation of payment data from our systems. We use only essential first-party storage (such as a session identifier) and our own anonymous analytics events — there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
